Trailblazing home-sharing insurance

We protect you from the stuff that might happen when you have paying guests, exchange partners or house sitters to stay.

The Problem

Platforms like Airbnb strongly encourage you to put your own insurance in place, and state clearly the whole risk remains with you.

For private homeowners and renters
Making money from your home is a "commercial activity" not normally covered by home insurance

For landlords
Super-short letting is a new type of landlord/renter relationship which doesn't involve AST's, credit checks or references

Our Solution

Pay-per-stay and monthly insurance policies for hosts that integrates simply and quickly with your calendar or  property management system.

The Cost

From £0.15 per night. Most hosts pay between £1 and £4 per night.
